What if I have lost my learner license?

Before you go back to the Stellenbosch Traffic department:

 

• Go to nearest police station and do an Affidavit stating that you have lost your learner license.

• Complete this form: Declaration in respect of lost documents (DCT) 

•       (form can also be found at traffic dept)

• Take with you 2x id photos AND your ID Document

• No need to go to the traffic dept. where you initially got your learners, Stellenbosch Traffic department can also reprint it for you.
